Episode 5: Finding peace during the pandemic with Sarah Weiss

Sarah Weiss calls herself a “practical” mystic and a “spiritual grandmother.” She has taught meditation for 40 years and offers tips for finding peace during this pandemic.

Sarah, who serves as a healer, shaman and medical intuitive, shares spiritual practices like grounding and meditation, to help people experience “inner enchantment,” a peace that comes with ease.

Sarah believes that finding the sacred refuge within takes practice. She urges us not to focus on quieting our minds, but to relax first.

“The biggest barrier to meditation is not knowing how to relax,” she says. Just get in a comfortable position, relax, breathe, and if you fall asleep, enjoy the nap!

“If you relax and fall asleep, I consider that a great meditation,” she says.

She urges us to renew our relationship with Mother Earth, to ground in nature and feel the energy this planet has to offer.

Sarah offers free guided meditations, inspiring blog posts, individual sessions, classes, retreats and a free e-book at SpiritHeal Institute
