Official Bio for Vicki Prussak:
While working as a wellness coach, clients struggled to remember goals we set in place. I remembered the jewelry I made as a teenager. "What if I made a few necklaces to help my clients?" The jewelry was a hit & helpful too! It was at this point I shifted gears from Wellness Coach to jewelry designer and Carry Your Message ® was born.
Carry Your Message ® jewelry was originally created out of a personal need when I was teenager seeking to make life changes. As a result of my unhealthy lifestyle, I had a hard time remembering to make healthy choices. My negative thoughts ran rampant. The necklaces I made held a secret message holder. The holder allowed me to tuck affirmations & meaningful words for close keeping. Throughout the day I was reminded of my new intentions and the excitement I felt as I wrote my message each morning. The necklace I wore and the message it held, anchored me throughout my day.
Fast forward, 25+ years. I am working in a corporate career. It was somewhere around 2007 when internal rumblings began as a result of extended trips to Ecuador. I found myself out of my usual corporate routine & now aware of life. I knew something in my life had to change. I began seeking & researching. I remembered my teenage journey and the jewelry I use to make. My life included a healthy lifestyle & living in a state of well-being. It was at this point I found wellness couching as a new profession.I became a certified wellness coach in 2010. The universe provided me an opportunity to begin again in 2009. While it was frightening, it was also exhilarating as I was connecting and discovering a more profound, happier and mindful me.
